New to CrossFit? Wanted to try it out but don't know where to start?Dynamo Academy announces PREP SCHOOL!

PREP SCHOOL is our introduction program to CrossFit, programmed on Tuesdays and Thursdays this summer! If you are a beginner to CrossFit and want to learn the basics from experienced and friendly coaches, send an email to info@dynamoacademy.ca and we will give you all the details! We will hold our 4 weeks of PREP SCHOOL when we have a small group a CrossFitters eager to learn, compete and join the Dynamo Academy family. Summer is the best time to educate yourself with fitness!
