A. 2 rounds of: Walking Lunge(w samson hold), 6x SBGU, 6x Cossack Squat, 6x Wallfacing Squat, 10 x pushups+, 10 second handstand hold

B. Pause Jerk(from rack)

- Work up to 80-85% and perform 6 sets of 2 reps

C. Front Squat

-85% of 1RM x3x3 sets

D. Perform the following for time:

25 Wallball

5 Squat Clean(45/60)

-15 HSPU

10 Squat Clean

-10 HSPU

15 Squat Clean

-5 HSPU

25 Wallball
