B. Speed Deadlifts(bands/chains)

5 min EMOM, rest 3 minutes, repeat 5 min EMOM

3 reps (full stop)@ 60% + bands/chains

C. 16 minute EMOM (for quality)

Min 1 - HSPU/Handstand Hold

Min 2 - Pistols

Min 3 - L-sit/hang

Min 4 - TGU

D. 100 Sit ups for time
