A.  2 rounds of: 30s Calf stretch(bent &strght), BPAC, Toy soldiers, Walking Lunge(w samson hold), 6x SBGU, 6x Cossack Squat, 6x Wallfacing Squat

 

B.  OHS (from rack) 

-Establish a 1RM (technical)

-3 sets x 5 reps @80% of 1RM

 

C.  Perform the following for time

 

-4 Rounds of:

     6 Snatch(35/50)

     8 T2B

-4 Rounds of:

     8 OHS

     100m Run

 

D.  2x10 Renegade Rows (each arm) AHAP
