A.  10 x birddogs, Toy Soldiers, Walking Lunge(samson h), 10 x SBGU, 10x Cossack squat, 3xCindy

 

B.  "BEAR COMPLEX" 

Perform 5 escalating sets of the following complex for 7 repetitions.  Work to a 7RM.

 

-Power Clean

-Front Squat

-Push Press

-Back Squat

-Push Press

 

*No re-gripping.

**Tying the movements together is permitted.  Ie. "Cluster" may replace Power Clean, front squat, push press.
