A.  Walking lunge(samson hold), 2×10 bird dogs, 20x RS planks,10x SBGU, 10x cossack squat, 12x goblet squat

 

B.  Front Squat

-warm up to 60% with 2 second pause at bottom position

-85%x3x5 sets SUPERSET with 5x5 box jumps 

 

C.  "Helen"

3 Rounds of:

Run 400m

21 KBS

12 Pull up
