B.  Clean & Jerk

60%x2x2, 70%x2x2, 75%x1x2, 80%x1x2, 85%-90%x1x8 sets

 

C.  16 Minute AMRAP for max reps

2 Rounds of "DT-ish"

  9 Deadlift (50/70)

  6 Hang Clean

  3 Push Press

2 Rounds of "Cindy"

   5 Pull up

  10 Push up

  15 Squat
