A.  2 rounds of: BPAC, Toy soldiers, Walking Lunge(w samson hold), 6x SBGU, 6x Cossack Squat, 6x Wallfacing Squat


B.  Practice Snatch

-3 position Snatch 60%x 3 sets

-Hang Snatch + Full Snatch (70-80%) x 3 sets

-Snatch, 5 attempts @ 85-95% of 1RM snatch


C.  Perform the following for time


Alternating DB Snatch (35/50)


Box Jump(24/30)


D.  2 mins cumulative Hollow hold/rock
