B.  Practice Jerk

-80%(of 1RM jerk) x2 x 4sets (paused)

-85-90% x1 x3 sets (no pause)

 

C. Front Squat

-3 sets of 5 reps @85% (or 8/10RPE)

 

D.  "Karen"
