B.  Deadlift

- 80%x2, 85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x2

-70% x 3 (technique and speed) every 90secs x 6 sets

 

C. Perform the following for time

150 KBS (1.5/2)

EMOM 5 T2B

 

D.  Alternating Tabata

Tuck ups
