B.  Clean & Jerk Practice

- 5 x 1 rep @80%

- 5 attempts @ 80%+

 

C.  6 Rounds for time

5 Clean & Jerk (45/60)

5 Burpee over bar

100m Run

 

D.  30 Tuck ups followed by 2 mins plank
