A.  Walking lunge(samson hold), 1x10 Butt walk, 2×10 bird dogs, 20x RS planks,20x alt Shin boxGU, Squat side push away x10 each side, 10x cossack squat, 12x goblet squat

 

B.  Squats

-warm up w front squats up to 60%

- 4x 3 reps 4:1:1 Tempo 60% (BSq)

- 70x2, 80x2, 85x2, 90x2x4sets

 

C.  9 minute AMRAP

8 Front Squats

8 Alt Pistols

8 T2B

Run 100m backwards
