B.  Snatch

-3 Position Snatch: 60x1x3 sets, 65x1, 70x1

-Snatch(floor) :75x1x2sets, 80x1, 85x1, 5 Attempts for 1RM

 

C.  Perform the following for time

-Run 200m

-  10-8-6-4-2

    Snatch (45/60)

    T2B

-Run 200m

 

D. 2x10 OHS @50-60% 1rm Snatch from "B"
