1 Minute - Pool Get Up

1 Minute - Renegade Row

1 Minute - lying leg raise+

 

D. 500m Row

 

E.  Cool down - Hold each stretch for 1 minute

Updog, Frog, Quad Sit back, Pigeon, Couch
