B.  Pec opener, Deadhang+swing, kneeling wrists, PNF calves, walking lunge(w SS), buddha prayers, cossack squats, wall walks

 

C.  Jerk Practice

- Perform 8 x 1 rep at 80-90%

 

D.  "Mable"

 Perform the following for time

10-8-6-4-2

HSPU

T2B

DB Step Back Lunge(35/50) ( each leg, ie 10 each leg = 20 step backs)

Box Jump (24/30)
