EVEN - 6-10 T2B (stringing)

Ring Dip

*In between every set of Ring Dips perform the following:

6 KBS (1.5/2p)

3 Goblet Squat

15 DU (must be unbroken)


D.  20 ATW Bear Limb Lifts
