A.  PNF Calve wall stretch, toy soldiers, walking lunge(SS), Squat side push aways, buddha prayers, cossack squat, BPAC, dead hang, Wall facing squat


B.  Snatch,

- work up to 5 singles at 80-85%

-5 Minute EMOM

Snatch + Hang Snatch + 3 OHS @ 70%


C.  Perform the following for time

3 Rounds of:
8 Hang Power Snatch (30/45)
40 DU (unbroken)


D.  3x10 Ring Pull Aparts & 10 Slow Bearstance sit throughs each side
