A.  Walking lunge(samson hold),10x Butt walk, 10x bird dogs, 10 x alt SBGU, cossack squat w rotation, wobble board, peterson step up

 

B.  Squats:

-Warm up to 70% of BS using Front Squats

- Back squat 95x1, 85x4x4

*Superset working sets with Weighted Chins

 

C.  Perform the following for time:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Step Back Lunge (25/40)

C2B

 

D.  Single DB Overhead walking lunge x20x2EL (25/40)
