B.  12 Minutes

Practice Handbalancing & T2B

 

C.  16 Minute EMOM

Min 1- 20-30secs Hang Power Clean(45/60)

Min 2- 20-30s total L-Hang

Min 3- 20-30secs Handstand Hold

Min 4- 20-30s Box Jump (20/24)

 

D.  100 SA KBS (switch every 2nd rep)(1/1.5p)
