- 80%x5x4sets

- RDL 60%x8x2sets
*Superset all working sets with Weighted Chins x 3 or MU progressions



Perform the following for time:
Complete 5 Rounds of:
10 Push ups
20 KBS(1.5/2)(russian)
*EMOM perform 5 Boxjumps(24/30)
