B.  Snatch

-3-Position Snatch( top down), 60x1, 65x1, 70x1x2 sets

-Snatch, 75x1, 80x1, 85-95x4 attempts

 

C.  Perform the following for time

5 RFT

12KB OHS(left)(1/1.5)

8 T2B

12 KB OHS (right)

8 Burpee

 

D.  2 x 15 Bent over KB Row each arm
