A.    PNF Calf, Toy Soldiers, Walking Dynamo, SBGU, Empty Bar; front rack swim, muscle cleans, front squats, Push Press

 

B.  10 minutes to work Clean + Jerk up to:

60x2, 65x2, 70x2, 75x2, 80x1, 85x1, 90x1

 

C.  180721.COM

10 1-minute rounds of:
25 squats
Max reps of clean and jerks(50/70)

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
*Record number of C+J

** To be done as a sprint. Scale squats so you have at least 30seconds on the bar.  Choose a weight that both challenges you but you can move without hesitation.
