-Front Squats: (using %of BSq) 50x5, 60x3, 70x2, 75x1

-Back Squat: 80x5x5

 

C.  Dirty Bird 

20 DB Power Clean (35/50)

20 DB Thruster

20 DB SA C & J L

20 DB SA C & J R

* In Between each  movement perform 10 Box Jump(24/30) + 10 Pull up
