A.  Arm Circles, Deadhang + Swing PNF Calf, Leg Swings, Walking Dynamo, SBGU, Bird Dogs, Hip Airplanes, Empty Bar Front Squat



For time:

10,000 lb cumulative back squats

20 Burpees each time you rack the bar


* You may determine your sets and reps and bar weight however you like so long as the total volume adds up to 10,000lbs.
