6-8 Pistols

20 banded facepulls

8-12 Ring Rows

10-15 bw Bulgarian Split Squat/Leg

 

C.  Death By Burpee

Min 1- 1 Burpee

Min 2 - 2 Burpee

Min 3 - 3 Burpee......

* Once you can no longer continue with Burpees, Push ups..., sit ups.
