B.  Build to a heavy:

Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squat

 

Then:4 x5reps TnG Clean @ 75-80

 

C.  2 Rnds for time

6 BBJO(20/24)

20 T2B(7 MU)

10 C+J (45/60)

400m Run
